The short version
Kinetiq helps you plan and record training. Your training data stays on your device unless you use cloud backup. Vigorstead does not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Training, not medical care
Kinetiq is a fitness and training tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. For medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Information Kinetiq stores
Kinetiq may store the profile details you provide, including your name, age, training experience, goals, availability, measurements, workout history, program progress, health snapshots, achievements, and preferences. Most of this information is stored locally on your device.
Cloud backup
If cloud backup is available and you are signed in, Kinetiq stores a copy of your training data in your private Kinetiq account so it can be restored on another device. You can download a copy of your data or delete your cloud backup from Profile → Your training data.
How information is used
Kinetiq uses your information to show your plan, calculate progress, adapt your training rhythm, sync your backup, and provide the features you choose. We do not sell your information or use it for targeted advertising.
Sharing and retention
We do not share personal training data with advertisers. Data is retained in cloud backup until you delete it. Information stored only on your device remains there until you remove it.
